The Forum - The Forum 200

Canada doesn’t have a startup issue. It has a scaling issue. And The Forum is tackling it head-on.

Launched at their annual Forum Pitch Finale gala, this national campaign piece was created for to spotlight a critical moment: women entrepreneurs are building businesses with the potential to reshape our economy and society, unlocking billions in economic growth — but they’re facing systemic barriers to scale and their potential remains hindered. As government funding sunsets and political uncertainty looms, The Forum is stepping in with the support, community, and resources these founders need to grow.

Filmed across the country over several months, this piece highlights the urgency of the moment and the extraordinary opportunity at hand. Through the voices of women entrepreneurs, Forum team members, and key partners, we show what’s possible when we choose to back women-led innovation — not just for ROI, but for the future of our communities.

As a longtime creative partner with The Forum, I’m proud to help bring their stories to light. This film is more than a campaign — it’s a rallying cry for smart investment in a future shaped by diverse leadership, bold ideas, and businesses that scale with purpose.
